Check the rooms on our website and contact us to know in detail the availability of each of them. We will be able to advise you and guide you better knowing your particular needs. When you find a room that you like you will have to pay the deposit (one month rent) and management fees (90me vat included) to reserve.
By credit card or bank transfer.
- Identification document (DAYS, NIE or passport).
- Any official document that justifies your situation (admission letter, college tuition…).
Our rental prices are per day, our website shows the price of 30 days. So you will pay according to the days of the month (28, 29, 30 o 31).
It is a payment that remains as a deposit in Uroom and guarantees that the apartment and the room are returned in the same state in which they were delivered.. Its amount is always the price of 30 rental days.
You can never use the deposit for the payment of the last monthly payment.
The deposit is returned in the same way it was paid, transfer or bank card.
To recover the deposit:
- You must be up to date in payments of consumption bills (Water, gas, electricity…).
- Leave the apartment and the room clean and tidy.
- Return the keys in good condition.
- Fill in the checklist.
We make a seasonal room rental contract, not of habitual residence. The reservation becomes effective and the contract becomes valid from the payment of the deposit. The physical signature is just one more proof of the existence of this.
The minimum stay varies according to the room and season, you can consult us what you need. The maximum stay is 365 days and we can renew the contract in case you need more time (as long as the room is still available).
The rent payment must be made between the day 1 Y 5 of each month, together with you part of consumption expenses that we will inform you in advance.
Normally all our rooms have a contract start date 1 September and end 30 June of the following year. The months of July and August go independently and in them we can rent single days that join your stay.
This service is always available extra. If you need it, you can hire it by agreeing on the necessary visits and hours.. The price varies depending on them.
The owner of each home will guarantee the repairs and replacements (of furniture, fixtures and appliances) when the breakdown or wear is caused by normal use of the facilities.
If not, The person responsible for the accident must bear the cost of repair.
All of it will be managed directly by your Uroom agent.
